Review content:
This is simply the best shop I've ever been to. I've had many cars, been to many service shops and dealers. By far, Rick and his staff at PR Motorsports take the prize. They know the cars they service really well. They will walk you through explanations and diagnostics (even on the phone) with the patience and expertise of a master. And they are honest. I think the best example of this shop's character is what I experienced last week when I was waiting for my car: I watched many customers just pop in to say hi and hang out with Rick. This is the kind of place where you feel welcome, not jilted or fooled. On top of that, every employee is happy to be there, as proved by their work history. Many have been with Rick for over a decade, some since the shop's inception. I will never take my car anywhere else...
Pros: Friendly, honest, expert.
Cons: Storefront is a bit dreary, located in the back of an industrial park.
