I met Rick Weldon, owner of PR Motorsports, over 10 years ago when he gave a technical presentation to a group of Miata enthusiasts. After listening to him and hearing his racing credentials, I was sold. The man knew about racing and about what it took to make a car run properly. The next time I needed a major service performed on my car, I brought it to PR and haven't gone anywhere else since. His technicians are top-notch and Laura (who handles the front office) is knowledgeable and personable. You are treated like family while your car is given the utmost care and the highest quality parts at the fairest price.
Pros: Excellent service, central location in the Bay Area, easy freeway access.
Cons: Because they are busy, you may need to schedule an appointment a few days in advance.
