I was recommended to Pat Barrett Transmissions by my regular mechanic. I called and was seen the same day. My 2002 Explorer was not shifting correctly and Rich noticed it immediately. He was working on another Explorer and was able to give me a preview of what I was to expect. My car was done in 2 days and my cost was below what my anticipated estimate. It's been two months since my overhaul and my Explorer performs like like the day I bought it.
