I recenlty lost my puppy. The receptionist staff at Lakeside Animal Hospital are very RUDE. They were not sympathetic to my loss. When, after they held my dog for 2 weeks, I went to pick her up they had her in an open box so that I could view her in a bag. The receptionist said "Oh I am sorry but I need you to sign this" and handed me a file to sign that I was picking up my dogs remains. She then dropped my dog down on the counter. Picking her up by myself was a very hard thing for me to do. I thought that when she said that she was sorry she was going to say for my loss but instead she didn't and still proceeded to just drop my dog down, after she was previously laughing with another customer in front of me.
Cons: Rude, unsympathetic
