Review content:
Shannon was a preferred provider for our insurance company, so we expected timely, professional service following our house fire. Nothing could be further from the truth. They tried to tell us our carpet was a lesser grade than it was (we had to get documentation from original carpet installers); they failed to document how we wanted floor tiles laid in one area (if we hadn't arrived on site to check, it would have been installed incorrectly) and it took from July 30 until September 14 to get one bathroom floor installed-took weeks to get materials, had three different installers come to the house before it was attempted, and it still isn't right-we're still fighting to get it fixed. At every step of the way, staff does not accept responsibility for their errors and delays - they always blame someone else!
