the only complaint i have for this company was that they said they would be at my house between 3-5 and they showed up at 6. everything else was great they came out to my house, looked over my TV, told me that it was a quick and cheap fix. they even had all the parts needed with them so he was able to fix it right there at my house. It took about 45 mins. and my TV has had no problems since. despite what all these "bad" reviews say, all small businesses need is a chance and i took one and it paid off.
