HORRIBLE! I would not recommend going to Don Mallon for ANY reason. I bought my car there about 3 yrs ago and regretted it from the beginning. We were pressured and ripped off, but it was our fault for allowing that to happen. The second we signed those papers the attitude of the sales people changed dramatically! I had to go in there a couple days later for them to make a new key (with my infant daughter) and 4 HOURS later I finally was able to leave with a key the barely works! I've gone in several times for our free oil change and never had to wait less than an hour! This last time we went in for our "free oil change" but was charged bc the car didnt say it needed it, even though it was over a year since we were in? Also our windshield wipers stopped working so my husband asked them to fix that but got a call from them saying we had over $900 worth of work that NEEDED to be done! We brought it to Valenti in Mystic bc it sounded fishy. Good thing we did bc NOT ONE of the things they said was wrong was actually wrong! Needless to say we will NEVER be going back there again. I was hoping to keep my free oil changes but I don't trust them with my car at all. Save yourself some time and $$$$$ and go to Valenti's - they're awesome!
