Took my kitten in for treatment on Saturday, November 26, 2011. The treatment was great and I paid $189 for the visit. I was told to return the next day for a bandage change and the fee would be $23. When I returned the tech told me the treatment would be $100-150. I questioned this and was told by the tech I could agree to the charges or take my pet elsewhere. I ended up paying $43 for the visit and filed a complaint with the BBB. Then the office manager accused me of calling the staff thieves. Great vet care but very poor customer skills. Long story short, they do wonderful work but if you have to return get the estimate for the follow up IN WRITING. Once you are locked in to weekend/holiday treatment they can pretty much charge whatever they want and you have no alternative.
