If you want great dresses go to Lulu's downtown and stear clear of this place! I got my dress at Lulu's but had all my fittings at Stardust (i live in Plano so it made more sense) However not with my bridesmaids at all! they wouldn't even call the 5 girls to tell them the dresses were in and to come get them when they can. When I called to ask about it the women said rudely "thats not our job to call them the bride has to do that" which would have been fine if they would have told me that from the beggining. I find it hard to believe though since David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo called me in the weddings I have been in before and they are much bigger. They also are snobby very except for a few people. Stay away from Myra...she forgets you as soon as you pay the money for whatever you buy. Ruth at Lulu's is great!! But most everyone at Stardust act like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you. We needed to return some jewlery for my mom and they had her orders all on file (she spent a ton of money there) and they were only going to give her store credit b/c someone didn't file it correctly. She even had the receipt and everything! We had to call the owner who told us they were sorry and finally refunded my mom the money. Bottom line is we spent thousands of dollars in this place and it wasn't the experience i was looking for or dreamed about as a bride to be. I felt rushed each and every time i called or was in. We did get our invitation there and that lady was very nice and accomodating. I also had my sister come in from out of state and they tried to tell me that i couldn't have her look at the dress and learn how to tie and bustle it without an appointment. I didnt need anyone to help us I just wanted her to feel comfortable with the dress and get to see it before the big day. They looked at me like I was asking them to make me a five course meal just to try on my very own dress that i paid thousands of dollars for. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED!!!!
