Sales staff was fine, typical dealership. I live out of state and was told they would send the title to my BMV so I could register the car. I called several times about 3 weeks after the purchase to check on the title and wasn't able to get through and did not receive any call backs. I finally got a call back on Jan 26 (a Thursday) to say the title was in the mail to the BMV. My BMV received it late Friday and my temp tags were set to expire on the following Monday. This basically gave me one day, Monday, to get this taken care of. My wife was out of town, so I had to drive with expired tags for a day before she returned. I've never had to wait so long to get the title in the past and wouldn't use this dealership again due to the lack of customer service AFTER the sale.
