Yesterday I brought my car in to be worked on because every I time I put it in reverse, my car made the strangest sound. It wasn't a grinding sound or medal on medal so I wasn't too worried, but I wanted to get it checked out just in case since my car is over 10 years old now. The staff behind the counter that work in the front were very nice, and made me feel more comfortable. I usually avoid dealing with my car because it's usually expensive or takes up a lot of time, but I didn't waste my day like my past experience and enjoyed talking with the people there. They checked my car and said that my rear brakes were really low and that I was in need of new ones. I was so pleased with the honesty and that it wasn't too expensive. Also they are expanding the location and making a new waiting room which I thought was nice. Usually people want to do things to improve it for themselves and give the workers nicer furniture or something, however I liked that at Sanport they are trying to improve and make things better for the waiting customer. I am confident that I will always take my car there.
