20 minutes and no one waited on Us at our table. Only 5 tables were seated. After a bit over 20 minutes we left. We came here 1-2 days a week every week for the last year. Always left a healthy 40% tip. Bill always over $100. The last straw was when another couple was seated and served next to us in about 1 minute. Walked out and called the mgr. said he would send gift cards. I could care less. If the mgr. we're doing his job it wouldn't have happened. Goodbye longhorn. Willing to make the drive to better steak houses. Pros: null Cons: null
