Review content:
Louis from Beaulieu Floors was great about coming out and showing us samples. At first, we weren't that enthusiastic about anything we'd seen. But he was very patient with us and told us to keep going out and checking out different floors, and that he'd be able to get whatever we wanted. So we trolled the internet and looked at different styles and went into different places then told him about things we were interested in. And Louis would bring back quotes. We really liked that he broke down the costs and didn't just lump it all together in one huge sum. He was upfront about where the store makes money, the labor costs and the product costs. We found that to be honest and refreshing. You know exactly what you're paying for, no nickel and diming you after the fact. We were delighted with the outcome!
