Review content:
It's hard to give such a negative review when the people that worked there are so nice. Their whole system is god awful. I wouldn't go back unless my pet was about ready to die. They delegate which animals are seen first (which I understand) but we sat in the exam room for 3 hours until the vet came in and then had to wait another half an hour until the tech came in to give us the medication. And it isn't as if we showed up at a random time, we had an appointment. If your pet doesn't have a life threatening emergency I wouldn't go here.
Pros: Very kind staff
Cons: Horrible system
