Review content:
Sy Thai Cafe serves great food. Our office is close to Birmingham and regularly orders carry-out from them all the time. Recently, we placed a 7 meal carry out order for a business luncheon at 11:45 before the lunch rush and they forgot to include 2 of the 7 orders. When we called to complain, the staff was very indifferent and their best reply is 'can you come back and pick it up?' They did not offer to rectify the situation by comping us. Two people went without lunch during our meeting.
Pros: Reasonable price. Tasty food.
Cons: Indifferent staff to customer complaints. The attitude appears to be: "we're always busy, your complaint doesn't mean a lot to us."
