I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but after my trip to Fan Man Lighting in Burnsville I felt I should share my experience with others. This just might be the last retail store that actually remembers what good customer service should be. Right when I walked in I was promptly approached by one of the owners who took the time to answer all of my questions and had a patient, no-pressure sales approach. They had coffee brewing and a childs play area with cartoons showing. I didn't think it was possible, but they made fan and light shopping enjoyable, and when I was done they even carried it all to my car and loaded it for me! I would highly recommend Fan Man to my friends and family!
