Review content:
One of the most poorly run establishments of any kind that I have ever seen in my life. Staff is completely unknowledgeable, unaccountable, unreliable, and unresponsible. You can catch them at the front desk at anytime chewing gum and twirling their hair, not taking care of people's pets. I left my dog there for 2 days. 2 days! In that time they managed to give him a rash and lose his food. I requested and was told he was going to be in a run, but when I picked him up he was in a cage. I was also told he would have a blanket to lie on, that they didn't need mine. When I arrived for pick up, of course he was on the bare floor. When I questioned them about the level of care provided, they conviently decided my dog was aggressive and they couldn't take him anymore, although they had no problem feeding him or anything else. This place is shady, would not recommend for my worst enemy.
