With a couple of mixed reviews, I'm certainly glad I decided to tour the place and see for myself! On kind of a short notice, they staff kindly offered me a tour and booked our cocker for a 5 night stay and a haircut (I have a groomer, but for the convenience). I was impressed that the place looked exactly like the website, didn't smell like a kennel, and was much bigger than it appears, and the dogs can see other dogs from their own run. Since my dog loves to play with other dogs, I elected to shedule daycare during boarding at a price that could not beat! My dog did not have that flu shot and they allowed me to have it done at check in with their vet, so that was convenient. They even provided me a brochure with a recap on the prices, as well as, answers to some of my questions. The staff had my dog ready early Saturday morning, even with her haircut. I think along with a new boarding facility, I think I have found a new groomer too! I definately recommend Bayside Kennels and will continue to take my dog there!
