Review content:
Shame on Bayside Kennels - had been taking my dog there for grooming. Never again. The groomer badly skinned my dog under both of his eyes - he then was diagnosed with conjunctivitis which drained into the irritated areas causing his skin under the eyes to become sore, reddened and inflamed. They talked me out of seeing my vet by telling me that if the vet at Bayside agreed that the grooming contributed to this issue, I would not have to pay. Well no surprise - he said he couldn't say one way or another so I was charged for his services. What I have now been told is that the vet owns Bayside Kennels. What a set up. They blew me off by saying - we're sorry. Will NEVER use them again. By the way - not the first time the groomer skinned my pet but never this bad. If you love your pet - don't use this facility. The vet protected his groomer and they took me for a financial ride. And by the way - the vet never gave me any medication for infection or pain - only eye drops. No concern about my pet at all.
