I called the Roto-Rooter and I was sent an Angel. The youngman was polite, honest, and very concientious and most of all professional. He told me the truth about what was wrong with my pipe. He did not exxagerate about the problem. I have been dealing with Roto-Rooter for a number of years and had many service representative respond to problems with my sewer and pipe. This young man is one of the best. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone on Staten Island in need of a plumber.
