Review content:
My experience at Brookline VW Audi has been very satisfying from the outset. I bought a new GTI Mk V a couple of years ago, and got a good deal ($300 over invoice) with a minimum of negotiation hassle. Sales people were helpful and found the exact color and options I wanted in a couple of days. I have gone back for scheduled maintenance ever since and have been treated well. Last week I went in for an oil change, etc and they ran a full computer diagnostic (related to a "recall" to be sure some computer settings were correct). The service manager and a computer tech spent as much time as I needed to have them explain things to me. (I did not understand the daytime running lights vs. the headlights/fog lights vs the "warning flash" high beams.) They let me come "in the back" in the service area so I could see exactly what was going on. They were very courteous and professional. I will go back for future service.
Pros: Convenient location for us urban dwellers, well run service dept.
Cons: tight parking
