Review content:
After reading the two previous comments, i can only assume that Knowles has changed its management. I personally went today because my puppy sprained her paw and i experienced pretty good customer service. As soon as i walked in, they advised me that there would be a "emergency fee" vs if i had an appointment, which i understood; and after calling various clinics around town (at 5pm), this one was the most cost effective and the one that was actually open 24hrs a day. They were up front with their fees and they even offered financing through "Care Credit" (i think that's the name of the credit card). The total cost to bandage her foot, put a spint, sedate her, and xrays was $350. Calling other places, there was a $100 emergency fee, and other places mentioned that their x-rays were $140 to start! Crazy. So yes, i would recommend Knowles Animal Clinic. I was very satisfied with their service. Pros: Parking, Financing offered Cons: I took about 2hrs there.
