Everything I've done to change the ranking to "Not Recommended" has failed. I don't think that this site allows you to change their ratings. H&R Auto Towing probably should be avoided if possible. The Park District of Forest Park swimming pool has a "one way" traffic movement configuration that exits out onto Hannah Ave. I had an experience where one of their operators parked his truck across Hannah Ave so that he could unload a vehicle off a flat-bed truck which he proceeded to do with an complete indifference to the fact nine vehicles were waiting to exit from the swimming pool. That degree of indifference to the general public does not bode well as to the degree of service you can expect from this company.
Pros: Obstructs Traffic Effectively
Cons: Not Helpful If You're In The Traffic Obstructed
