Review content:
I took my Explorer in for service when the check engine light came on (P0171, P0174). I assumed that because of all of the vehicles in the parking lot, B&B must be popular. Now it looks as though the cars keep coming back because they weren't repaired the first time. Anyways, they said they replaced the intake manifold gasket, plugs, wires etc... the plug wires didn't look new, that's another story. $875 later, I drove home, only to have the same codes appear one month later. I took it back, and they decided it was the fuel pump. That would be another $850. A Ford mechanic then told me that based on the performance of the truck, there's no way it could be the fuel pump. Save yourself the trouble, and some money, ask around for references.
