Review content:
Despite the fact that I've lived in the neighborhood for a long time I'd never previously visitied B&B for any auto repairs. Over the last couple of years I'd heard that the shop was under new management, and I began to see many exterior improvents when I drove by -- fresh paint, new signs, etc. So when my truck needed it's 60K mile service I decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad that I did. Here's what went great: 1) the shop is clean and the employees are professional and courteous; 2) they gave me a loaner car to drive; 3) they found some issues that I wasn't aware of and gave me numerous options for repairs; 4) the truck's been perfect since the work was done. On top of all that I'm confident that I received a really fair price for the work and top-end parts (brakes, shocks, 60K service, etc.). This is the kind of auto repair shop you always hope to find...
