Review content:
We brought our puppies in to be checked and they were not thoroughly checked by one vet .Then another vet proceeded to dock their tails and remove their dewclaws and sent them home. Two weeks later 3 of the puppies died from a birth defect. These puppies did not need to suffer for 3wks because of the vets negligence if they had been checked properly they would not have had to suffer nor would of our family had to wake up to a dead puppy in our house and we would not of had to of paid for 3 puppies to have those items removed. After talking to several other people, vets included they should of checked their temps and seen the problem then. When confronted with the issue they denied the facts and said that they don't check that on puppies but every other time I have brought my previous puppies in for a check up they never hesitated to stick a thermometer up their butts. So what is it ? you do or you don't I suggest strongly that YOU DO no matter how old they are ! Cons: Not consistent
