Wish I could give no stars but site doesn't let me... Do not believe a word they tell you. The owner only lives to rip people off. Especially the elderly. I promise you will find lower prices and better service somewhere else. I have never seen an owner who is as rude or inconsiderate as this man is. If you think a dealership will rip you off, think again. The techs are great, but they are not the ones quoting the price. Just stay away from Platt's.
