hello my name is John and me and my wife. Independence local. My furnace went out i called ER Mann Heating and Cooling after looking them up on line to see what was the closest Furnace repair shop. Mr. Ray answered the phone with astute timing as this was two in the morning when i called. He said he would be there ASAP and man was he not lying. It wasn't a half an hour later before he was here. He went down to the Furnace and with precision he knew what was wrong with it almost instantly. I think he said if i remember right that it was a hot surface igniter. He put the part in and ka boom there the beast of a furnace was working again. After he fixed it he went back out to his car and wrote up the ticket and i thought here we go a late late night call its going to be in the upwards of $400 dollars but he came in and to my surprise it was $270. E.R. Mann Heating & Cooling will always have my business.
