I got an injection that went very bad. It was very lumpy around my mouth. The nurse admitted to me that she made an error and told me that she would discuss the solution with the owner and get back to me. The owner called me and told me I had to pay to have it fixed and was very abusive. He told me that "the girls" complained about me and felt intimidated. I was very hurt as I really liked the staff. When I went in they were shocked by what he said and denied it. I told the owner I wanted to discontinue my plan as I was not happy with my experience. He told me no refunds what so ever. I completed my services by getting facials and I will never go there again. I am sorry to say this as the staff is lovely, get facials but not anything medical.
