THE ESTHETICIAN IS SO FULL OF IT .SHE IS AWARE THAT HER SERVICES DO NOT WORK AND SHE PUSHES THEM ANYWAY. SHE MADE A MESS OF MY FACE AND CHARGED ME ALOT AND REFUSED TO FIX IT WITHOUT A SAC OF CASH AND THEN IT MAY BE WORSE AGAIN. SHE LIED TO ME SO MANY TIMES THAT I LOST COUNT AND THE FUNNY THING IS SHE IS VERY HOMELY HERSELF AND SEEM TO NEED SOME WORK. ALL SHE TRIED TO DO WAS GET ME TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY FOR TO BECOME AN ELITE MEMBER AND THEN PROMISED THAT I DID THAT I WOULD GET 6 FACIALS FOR FREE. AFTER I PAID SHE INFORMED THAT THEY WERE FOR FOUR FACIALS NOT SIX AS SHE HAD PROMISED AND THEY WERE NOT FREE AT ALL. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAD "MISSPOKE" BUT REFUSE TO HONOR HER PROMISE. I AM REFERRING TO THE NURSE THAT DOES THE SERVICES THAT HAD ALOT OF WRINKLE AND BAGS UNDER HER EYES.
