Review content:
The owner (Stu I believe) makes a point of telling you what he did and why he did it. He tells you what he found and waits for your authorization to proceed. Keeps his shop organized and tidy, his staff is professional. He has proven to be very honest and fair on at least three repairs that I have done in the past few months (two different cars). I wish he also did transmission work (he only changes fluid)
Pros: Honest, fair and communicates very well
Cons: So busy you need an appointment a few days early
