Hope this serves as a constructive criticism: Other than the two secretaries who answer the phones politely (Linda and Jannelle) and the accountant (Jade) who explains things in detail, this organization has a big lesson to learn when it comes to communicating with clients. I've left numerous messages...always being told Elizabeth was in meetings...and never get called back. I think they need to learn that there is lots more to a property management company than just collecting monthly dues from clients. They should show some respect to clients by calling them back, which they have yet to do after 3 weeks waiting...then another 2 weeks...total of 5-6 messages. Very Disappointed!
