I scheduled an appointment when I bought this Groupon and they couldn't schedule me in for over two weeks after that. When the day finally came, they gave me a call and said they had to reschedule for a date 20 days from then! This is absolutely unacceptable and I no longer want this Groupon. I want a refund! Beware of Enviro-Tech Pest Services! They are a failure of a company and are horrible at customer service!
