My car spent out on the highway it was raining and I was going 40 miles and hit the side rail and it was pulled to the side my grandmother and and my tow truck was on the way and the officer i spoke with told me that was fine that they could pick it up. the tow truck was around the corner within 15 min. and another officer would let them get my car they had the keys and everything.my grand mother gave D and L towing the keys. they let down my window didnt let it back up and went throw my car((( I called to get my car the same day it was after five they closed at six im in north county wont'ed make it in time my car wasnt there no time they gave me a price of of $210. if I picked it up the next day he said $260. I Called before 9am it was a whole different price $340.00 wat a Ripe off and I asked for a rating chart and I was denied She refuse to give me the paper work I asked for It had a sign up avalib.upon request wont'ed let me speak to a manager had a nasty attitude they give differnet rates to different people why are they towing for North county and there over 15 miles away and across the bridge?
