My boyfriend had gotten pulled over and arrested. d&l towed the car to there location on old hwy 94. He went to get it and when he got there they wouldnt let him even see his car before he paid $510. Then after paying the money they walked to his car and it had 2 flats, that werent there, the front end was jammed into the car infront of it, causing the headlight to be broken and other front end damage. As If that isnt enough, then they tell him they dont even have his keys!!!! when the car was towed it was because my boyfriend had unpaid tickets and he went to jail so the keys were in the car when it was taken by d&l. So after my boyfriend sees that he cant even get his car back, he asks for his money back, as would any other person in this situation. they then tell him they can only refund some of the money, if he signs the title over to them. so basically my boyfriend had to pay them $160.00 to wreck his car and lose his keys!!!! horrible horrible experience. i will also be contacting the better business bureau as well.
