Review content:
I am extremely unhappy with the "services" that were "provided" on 9/10/10. Our a/c was leaking freon. This company's "tech" told my husband that he couldn't guarantee Stop Leak, but he replaced the motor and put MORE FREON in it for 650$, stating it would "be enough to get us through the hot weather". Then proceeded to recomend that we get a new unit, which could of course be financed through this company, and that he could deduct the 650 from cost of new unit. A/C goes back out within 24 hrs on 9/11/10. Call placed back on Monday am, since we of course want a little more for 650$...and we are told he would have to charge to do anything else. No leak check done the first time, just a statement of the leak being "probably in the coils". Hmmm...really? Then why even recommending to replace the motor? So now I am out 650$, and am being made to feel as if the only way I will get some worth out of that money is to put it toward a new system with the company that ripped me off? No thank you. Seems like a scam to me, so I would rather throw that money away than to support these practices. No honest company would do this.
