Well I live in Winston Salem, NC and drive about 75 minutes to get here every 6 weeks. After paying $60.00 for the worst haircut in history by a girl who looked 12, I started on a 'stylist' search. I had heard from friends who live in Chapel Hill about the Aveda Institute and all they have to offer so I thought Id give it a try. I have never been disappointed and its been almost a year. I have gotten mostly stylist who are in the last few weeks of training. They usually recommend someone else for the next cut if they will no longer be available. I have also had a few new stylist and it just takes longer since every few cuts must be approved. However, how wrong can you go with 2 people working on you? I am always offered facials when they wash my hair, I was given a message once while waiting for the stylist to finish up. and Im never charged extra so there are no 'hidden costs' .They always call me to let me know if there is going to be a problem and to also confirm.
