Our experience with West Coast Flooring Center was positive from start to finish. We were treated professionally by all members of the staff who had an opportunity to interact with us in the showroom, on the phone, and during the installation process. We explained what we were looking for when we walked into the store, and although it was the third store we had visited with the same information, it was the first place where we were guided in such a manner as to help us really find what met our criteria. We provided each store with the same explanation, but yours gave us completely different results. Listening to us and guiding us made all the difference, you answered all our questions, and it didn't even take much time. Our carpet purchase went from ho-hum drudgery to a decision we were happy to make.
Our carpet has been installed for a few months now, and everyone who comes inside notices and comments favorably on it. All appreciate how well it suits our tastes and the house, and we still look around, smile and comment to each other on how much we like it. Thank you for listening to what we were seeking, guiding us to it, and giving us excellent service along the way. Your sales, installation, support and follow-up have been outstanding. We would happily recommend you to others.
