I've been a loyal customer of Hi Tech Car Care for nine years. Over time, I've even recommended my friends and family members to them with only positive feedback back.
I was actually referred to them by a friend of mine. I had taken my car into two other shops for quotes when my friend told me about Hi Tech. He told me that I should at least try them out for an estimate. I did and they told me there was something totally different wrong with my car not what I had been told by the other two shops, then they quoted me a much less amount to fix it. Of course I went with them and my car was fixed and running in no time. I was blown away and really impressed by their honesty. Jim's had me as a customer ever since!
Hi Tech is family-owned and BBB certified. Plus, they are positively recognized within the community and they have various awards. They provide excellent customer service and and they have the know-how and technical ability to back themselves up. This is a really great shop with a great group of workers.
