I can't rate them lower than 1 star, unfortunately. Staples does not stand by their products. If you can't return something that doesn't work, it isn't safe to buy from them.
We bought a printer from them, and it worked for several weeks. When the original ink ran out, after about 4 weeks, we put in new ink cartridges. I have a similar model printer in my office, so I know how to install these cartridges. The color cartridge worked fine, but the printer could never find the black cartridge, even when we swapped for a different one. So we tried to take the printer back, but Staples refused to take it back. They only take printers back within 2 weeks. It doesn't matter that I had the receipt, and it took more than 2 weeks to use up the original ink cartridge. So we are stuck with a dead printer. We ended up getting another one, but never from Staples.
Selling a product that only works for 2 weeks??? I will never buy from Staples again.
