This is an excellent hospital. They charge more than many local clinics because they offer services that others don't, and they are open from 7a-11p! I'm willing to pay extra for the level of care my dog receives there.I can't believe that a person was so shocked to see blood on the floor of a HOSPITAL! Who knows what was going on when you went back there? I've had a pet in as an emergency before. I'm sure if your pet was the emergency, you'd want the staff to focus on your pet and clean up later, after the animal was stable. It's also sad that people rate the entire hospital based on one unfortunate experience with one doctor. Each vet there is an individual, and they don't "guilt" people into services. They simply make recommendations and leave it up to the owner to decide. If a person feels guilty, that's their own fault.I will continue to use and recommend several doctors at this clinic as long as I'm in the area.
