This place is scandeless, you won't believe what they are willing to do to talked advantage of you. I am a business owner in van nuys and these Jackass's towed my car from my own business parking lot... When I called and explaned that they had made a mistake, they told me to have the owner of the property call them and explane, so I did and after we both called and explaned they wouldn't answer the phone for over an hour to tell me what they were going to do about it, when they finaly answered they told me it wasn't there problem even though there was clearly a mistake. The impound sheet that is required to be signed by a property maneger or owner was signed by some jackass employee from the mini mart that I share a parking lot with... I have filed suit in small claims and will win but who want to have to go thru this? they should have just returned my car or have me pick it up for no charge. Instead I had to pay 209.50 to get it out, the owner didn't even stay at work long enough to m
