I know Lorenzo for quite awhile, and he's done window tinting on several of my cars. In 2011 I brought in my Porsche so Lorenzo would do a clear bra on my whole car, we agreed to $ 3467.20 in cash, since he does not accept credit cards or checks. My car was supposed to be ready within a week from the drop off date of Thursday, March 31, 2011, the car was not ready until April 28, 2011. Lorenzo kept pushing my car back while he worked on other cars doing window tinting. He finished most of the clear bra on my car with the exception of the rear hatch, which was not done, as he had agreed to do. I kept hounding Lorenzo for a period of a year to do the clear bra on my rear hatch, and he finally agreed to do the clear bar on my rear hatch on August 21, 2012. In a period of a year the clear bra was peeling up in the bottom area of the bumper. I went to his shop several times, showing him the curled up clear bra, all he did was shave off the curled clear bra with his blade. Keep in mind that my Porsche never saw rain or snow, and only gets hand washed and waxed. After I kept hounding for a year in the months of Aug/Sept 2011, he finally agreed to do the rear hatch of my car on Tuesday, August 21,2012 after making up all sort of excuses as to why he shouldn't do the rear hatch of my car. On Monday, Aug 20,2012, Lorenzo told me to bring my car to his shop the next day Tuesday, Aug 21, 2012 promptly at 9 am so he could do the rear hatch of my car and also redo the rear bumper. At 10:30 AM, a brand new convertible BMW , the lowest level of models came in for a window tint. Lorenzo B.S with the customer for an hour in his office, finally at 12:20 pm, Lorenzo and his helper Angel starting working on the BMW's window tint and on the clear bra on my rear hatch of my Porsche, still giving all sorts of excuses as to why he shouldn't redo my rear bumper. He kept giving excuses as to why he didn't want to do my rear hatch, since it would be too much of a liability, so he only did the clear bra up to the rear glass, even though I
