The owner and his daughter travel the world to find the best cacao beans to make the best quality chocolates for their customers. They have taken classes in Vancouver, Belgium, Switzerland, and Equador, and plan to visit other countries as well. They are biologists who hope to protect the genetic diversity of cacao beans. They are a start-up business who plan to open a brick and mortar on Sept 15.
