Hate to give them even 1 star. They have cancelled all but 1 spinning class, went for over 6 weeks with no hot water in the womens main shower, were without towels several days in a row and then had to ration what you could use, had mismanaged the chemicals in the warm water pool and cause several people to have burns with the instructor having to go to the hospital that evening, entire gym is not very clean and the equipment is not kept in state of good repair. Had membership ship here for over 2 years but now have moved to the Y and feel as if have gone to heaven. It is one thing to have problems, but to leave an air of not caring about the state of things is another. They would not answer any E messages on the cancelled classes. I would suggest that all stay clear of this mismanaged gym.
