I recently purchased a 03 Nissan Altima from a private seller only to discover the previous owners did not bother to have several recalls taken care of which had been discovered several years earlier. ok my car to wright to have these recalls taken care of and to have my car looked at due to the fact that the service engine light was on and my car had stalled several times at low speeds while I was operating the car. From the moment I stepped into the service department it has been nothing but a nightmare. As of now Bernie has no clue if repairs have been started on my car, where the paperwork is since the tech in charge won't be in for 3 days, what the diagnosis is with the stalling or even if they still have my car!!! Bernie was supposed to call me back and it has been almost 2 hours and I still don't know where my blasted car is. So being very annoyed I called and spoke with an operator by the name of Deborah who was rude and demeaning and acted as if I was being unreasonable in my demands and that Bernie would get back to me as soon as he can. This companies professionalism is non existent and I will never again in the future intrust my vechicle to anyone at Wright automotive and if you do beware is all I have to say
