Review content:
I have been a customer at Hayes Automotive ever since David purchased the business. One of my first experiences with him was when I brought the car in late on a Friday afternoon. It was making a horrible noise in the front wheel. They were trying to close the shop and take care of customers picking up their cars, but they took the time to pull my car in. They discovered that it was something relatively simple even though it sounded horrible. The dust cover on my brake system had slipped, so they put it back in place. When I asked David about the charge, he told me that there was no charge, we would just catch each other later. He had me hooked as a lifetime customer from that point on. Our experiences have been like that all along. We have 2 cars, and we take them both there for all services. Therefore they know what needs to be done. They always ask if we want them to have something performed before they do it, and they tell us how serious the repair is. They let us know whether we can wait on it or not. The communication with them is absolutely marvelous. After you are there for awhile, you begin to feel like family. Larry Crane
