We began investigating metal roofing, and quickly came across MRS's very helpful roofing guide, intended to be used by anyone weighing the options between a metal roof vs shingles. We called, they came to share their free estimate. Jeff S. and others were very knowledgeable, and if they didn't know the answer, they found out rather quickly. In order to make an informed decision of this magnitude, we checked out 3 other companies and listened to their estimates and sales pitch. They had a hard act to follow, since we started with MRS. Dana was great with follow-up, pleasant to speak with, and professional. Due to the professionalism & courtesy of MRS, we moved ahead. MRS was willing to negotiate, which won our choice. Since we had Oak trees along one side, MRS was willing to post-pone a July installation to October. The workers were also courteous, approachable, clean-spoken, and also knowledgeable. They factored in weather, and were actually done a day ahead of schedule. My wife & I are very pleased with the look of the roof, the professionalism, the caring of the company, starting at the top as well as throughout, and are eager to recommend Metal Roofing Systems to anyone considering a metal roof. We have no regrets.
