I have been in twice. The first time I wanted a trim. It turned out just ok. The second time I wanted an all over color with highlights. My hair turned out black around the front of my face and light brown in the back with blond highlights. I called Kim a few hrs later asking her to lighten it and fix it and she said to wait a few weeks for it to fade. I don't think that you should spend 150$ on your hair to have to wait 2 weeks for it to fade out. I couldn't walk around with my hair looking like that. It was so embarrassing. I ended up going to another salon to have them fix my hair that Kim messed up so bad.
