This mover did a satisfactory job when my furniture was picked up in Virginia Beach, but they arrived late for delivery in Georgia. Instead of being allowed to take the time to carefully unload the truck, the management put the crew under unreasonable pressure to rush the unloading. In the process, several pieces of furniture were damaged, including the top of a chest being partially lifted off. The damage was careless scrapes from rushing. One of the beds and a mirror were not properly assembled. The wheels were not placed on any of the furniture, a bookcase shelf was misplaced and a lampshade was crushed.
I purchased a $100 insurance policy. When I tried to collect, I was told that my pictures had not been received. I sent set of pictures by email. The assistant said they were received a week later, and the insurance claim had just been filed. I tried several times to obtain a written confirmation of receipt of the pictures and the insurance claim being filed. I have to date received no response.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY FOR LONG DISTANCE! THEY DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO HANDLE IT AND WILL NOT ADMIT IT.

Sorry that you fill this way but we showed you before we started the job, we noted, and had you sign that there was all of this scratches and things that are claming that we did? That is way the damages that you claim was not paid for. Once again sorry you fill that way.
